after round 2 even seat allotment but college is not suitable for student or due to other reason not joining college, certain amount must be refundable. It’s a great burden to the parents as well as student or while filling the choice for college there should be an option for selection of only a particular college or any 2-3 colleges of high priority. If those colleges not being alloted due to any reason then fees deposited for counselling must be refundable.
